2. Link exchanges.
Links are like votes for your site. The more back links you have, the higher your site will rank in the search engine listings. The higher you are in the SE listings, the more exposure and traffic you will have.

3. Affiliate programs.
Join an affiliate network link share-a-sale or linkshare. Get others to promote your products for you and let them get the traffic

4. Writing articles.

5. Joint ventures.
Contact others who have similar sites and get them to sell your product. This is an advanced strategy, but something to look into later.

6. Know your market.
This is kind of self explanatory. You have to know who you are selling to, what they are looking for and what they hope to achieve. This in itself will increase traffic by making sure your advertising in the right places. More importantly, it will increase conversions by making sure the traffic your attracting consists of people who are looking for what you are offering
